KPCA Halloween Decorating Contest

Back by Popular Demand, the KPCA Halloween Decoration Contest, Saturday October 26 (Raindate October 27). Our panel of judges will judge during the day and again during the night and pick their three favorites. Each winning house will receive bragging rights and a coveted sign in their front yard. To ensure that your house is on the judges “not to be missed” list, please pre-register with Susan Metcalf at Susan.Metcalf@verizon.net. You do not need to be pre-registered to be judged as our panel of judges drive around. Please have your lights on at dusk and leave them on until at least 9:30pm.
